Thanks to whoever decided that the building needed one less disabled spot, I’ve never felt safer from door dings.

Primo! How early do you have to get there for that one?

A lot earlier than I usually do, that’s for sure.

I get a great sense of accomplishment getting certain spots at work. I had a nemesis in a damn Trailblazer that suddenly started getting in earlier than me and snagging my primo spot. Damn that guy!

I had a $103K press loaner CTS-V this week (humble brag, sorry) and parked it wayyyy far away from the rest of those yahoos in what is already a tight garage.

I’m pretty proud of mine. =) I get here early, but not crazy early, and I’ve never had an issue. There’s a low vent above it that prevents any trucks or SUVs from taking this one from me.

Now that you drive a Lexus you can’t do this anymore.

You worry about door dings yet someone already drilled into the bumper to put that front plate on.

More important is how glorious does it sound when you start it up, backed into a concrete corner like that?

I’m glad they did, since I’d hate to give an overzealous police officer yet another reason to pull me over. It’s happened before.

At least it’s neatly creased to follow the point of the bumper.

One of the nice things about Texas was they didn’t seem to care at all. I put a front plate on my explorer, since it had a bracket, but neither of my BMWs had a front plate. Never had a problem.

I would have said that about California for the first three years I lived there. Then Rod Farva’s shorter brother pulled me over for not having a front plate so he could point a loaded gun at my girlfriend’s face and repeatedly demand to search my car without being able to articulate a reason. Not making that mistake again.
